Co-Founder & CEO

Kareem Ahmed

Kareem is an Egyptian-American entrepreneur leading MonDe’s vision, growth, and global strategy. After moving from Cairo to New York and experiencing international education firsthand, he built MonDe to help others access global opportunities with more structure, clarity, and trust.

His goal is to improve the way students and professionals are guided through study abroad, work, immigration, and relocation pathways — with better service, stronger follow-up, and a more human experience.

Co-Founder & COO

Hossam Bahaa

After moving from Egypt to Germany to study and build his career, Hossam gained firsthand experience with the challenges students face while pursuing opportunities abroad.

Through studying engineering, working across multicultural environments, and building experience in operations and management, he developed a strong focus on organization, follow-up, and client support.

Today, Hossam leads MonDe’s service operations and student solutions, helping create a smoother, clearer, and more supportive experience for every client throughout their journey.
